Anxiety - Worry - Fear

Are you troubled by any of these? Do you know someone who is troubled by any of these?

Well, you're not alone. In fact, every year in Australia about 10% of people experience some form of anxiety disorder. Anxiety can often be a very distressing experience, and can interfere with a person's ability to carry out, or take pleasure from everyday activities.
